Almost any baby can be considered a patootie. Perhaps the cutest baby on television is Maggie Simpson of the FOX cartoon "THE SIMPSONS".She has a big advantage over other tv babies, since she never ages--even though the show has continued for well over a decade.
Maggie always has her pacifier in her mouth, too. How patootie!!
She once shot Mr. Burns but no one holds that against her. Neither do I. How cute for a baby to shoot the most evil man in town...

maggie simpson is a cultural icon.. babies a just wallpaper to many adults.. maggie is a genius.. she is as smart or smarter than her sister.. at least as anti-authoritarian as her brother.. sometimes reckless and impulsive like her father.. yet sensitive and grudgingly faithful like her mother..
all the while, the adults in maggie's life remain oblivious, forgiving the odd awareness such as when she shot burns.. and if anyone can get away with it, it's maggie simpson..
she was not oblivious to the stress and tension burns was placing on the community, and most importantly - her father.. then he crossed the line when he tried to over power her person by attempting unsuccessfully to steal her candy..
she also saved homer's life at the end of the simpsons movie..
